Why do styles sell out so quickly?
We produce our bikinis in small batches, crafted with care. That means a few pieces per style rather than mass runs — if you love something, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone. Sold-out favourites do sometimes return in a new season, so keep an eye on our socials.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Not at the moment — we produce in limited runs and don’t currently hold the inventory to fulfil bulk or wholesale orders. If you have a specific project in mind, email [email protected] and we’ll let you know if that changes.
How do I contact customer service?
Email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can — usually within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, Brisbane time). You can also DM us on Instagram or TikTok.
Do you ship to the address I enter?
Yes — we ship to the shipping address exactly as you enter it. Please make sure your address is 100% correct before submitting your order. We can’t re-route parcels once they’ve left our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes — this includes size swaps, item swaps, address updates or cancellation. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before you check out. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] immediately and we’ll do everything we can before the parcel ships.
What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, email [email protected] straight away with photos of the parcel and the product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
We don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to return your current item and place a new order for the one you’d like — that way the piece you want doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and any relevant photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with the return address in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. Please do not post an item back without contacting us first — unrequested returns can’t be accepted.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Yes — sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t seen the refund, please email [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Once your return is approved we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. You just need to drop the parcel off at your local Australia Post office.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Is shipping free in Australia?
Yes. Standard shipping is free Australia-wide and takes 2–8 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping is $10 and arrives in 1–4 business days.
What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen?
Once your parcel leaves our Brisbane warehouse it’s in the carrier’s hands, and Loff Store isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something goes wrong, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking link — they can open an investigation. If you’d like a hand, email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse. If you need it fast, choose Express at checkout — Express orders are prioritised over standard.
Do you deliver to remote areas of Australia?
Yes — we deliver anywhere Australia Post can. Delivery to remote regions can take a little longer than the standard 2–8 business day window. Weekends, public holidays and any carrier delays aren’t included in the estimate.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Orders valued at $300 or more require a signature on delivery. This protects your parcel from theft. Orders under $300 don’t require a signature unless you request one.
